Asset Mgmt. Funtions List

The system is designed for SME to mange their assets scientifically & effectively. Asset Mgmt. System uses data collecting terminal to collect, transport asset data to back-end system, with which you can process warehouse data conveniently & easily. This system can save your time and human resource. So does reduce outflow checking, mistake checking caused by manual physical checking. The system also provides asset reports for Asset Transfer,Asset Scrapped and Asset Lost ,etc..
Basic Info

Asset Info: Input asset basic info,e.g.:UOM,Name,Image,etc.

Business Partner:Input asset vendor info.

Inventory Import: Import asset inventory data into system batchly with Excel file.

Asset Import:Import asset register info into system with Excel file

Asset Location: Define warehouse locators by coordinate.

Basic Functions

Asset Registration: List barcode,date valid to , date used, location,etc. info of an asset;

Physical Checking: Synchronize data between data collecting teminal device & system; List discrepancy data of all causes with details

Stock-out: Record down assets stocked out and reasons.

Asset Transfer: Record down assets transferred & reasons.

Asset Scrapped: Record down the reason for an asset to scrap.

Analysis Reports

Asset Changed Inquiry: Qeury asset trannfer, stock-out,physical checking,asset register info by date, warehouse,location,etc.

Asset Summary Report: Print asset inventory summary report, with asset value showed.

Asset Detailed Report: Print asset detail report with info of asset source location,valid date for using,non-use date, warranty date,testing code,vendor ,etc..

Asset Lost Summary Report: Print a report to display summary info of asset lost caused by asset transfer, asset scrapped etc.

Asset Lost Detailed Report: Print a report to display detailed info of asset lost caused by asset transfer, asset scrapped etc.

Asset Discrepancy Summary Report: Print a summary report to display dicrepancy info of asset caused by asset transfer,asset scrapped etc.
