本系統的基於全球開源排名第一的開源軟體Compiere基礎上開發的，全世界共有10,000,000以上用戶進行下載使用，有成千上萬的企業正在使用，POS系統是我司較早之前開發的産品，此POS系統包含有進銷售存管理系統、財務管理系統。從而消除了POS零售系統的片面性、局限性、以及不可拓展的限制。

POS 零售批發系統基於Compiere自身功能，增加了客戶退貨處理功能及采購退貨處理功能，從而使流程更爲完整、流暢。

財務管理系統同樣基於Compiere自身功能，增加按年度更新會計平衡、按所有期間更新會計平衡功能，從而使財務數據不會因各種因素而錯誤。Financial report: balance sheet, P&L

選用的產品技術先進、成熟，支援軟體多、開發工具豐富，符合國際、國家或行業標準；用戶介面做到直觀、友好，業務人員只需經過簡單培訓即可操作。在歸納共性的基礎上充分考慮具體商業企業的個性，使之成為一個結構合理、功能齊全、介面友好、實用性強的系統。
系統可採用Unix、Windows等作業系統和Oracle大型資料庫，確保資料的一致性和完整性，並使系統免受病毒感染。提供完善的資料備份方案和系統崩潰後的恢復手段。

網路系統拓撲結構靈活，適應性強，易於擴展；用戶的增減不影響系統的運行；系統設備配置靈活方便，相容性和開放性好；應用軟體實現模組相互獨立，控制程式 和執行程式相分離，具有高度的程式獨立性和資料獨立性，使機構和業務變化的影響減至最小，方便了擴充和修改。同時Compiere是開源軟件，擴充性是其 它軟件無法達到的。

系統在系統級、資料庫級和應用級提供三級許可權控制功能，檢查用戶是否具有合法身份和許可權，以防止非用戶的入侵或資料的不合法使用，有效地保證資料的安全性。

模塊功能介紹：

POS Configuration

POS Manager：

設置各門店或專賣店的文檔類型及序號、門店報表類型格式、登入密碼、倉庫、稅的設置，以及可以設置該門店的銷售人員、銷售人員登入系統的有效日期等等資訊。

Boutique Messaging:可設置門店的分期付款信息。

Credit card：此窗口可設置每種信用卡所關聯的會計科目。

Back Office：

Retail Sales Report:

可根據分公司、日期範圍、各門店、類別/價格組合參數列印詳細的零售銷售報表。

Customer Mailing Export:可列印所有客戶的詳細資料報表。

POS終端：

POS終端系統包含有以下功能：

Checkout

交易的所有過程在POS終端實現貨品的自動搜索、下拉搜索，幷可立即查看此貨品的庫存數量，可折扣數，參考價格及最低銷售價格。
可即時在POS終端增加新客戶，幷查看到所處門店的舊客戶資訊，增加的新客戶系統自動保存到數據庫。
可允許顧問使用各種消費型信用卡進行結算，幷允許進行部份現金部份信用卡形式結算。
可根據不同門店需求列印各門店的銷售小票。
前臺處理後，後台ERP系統自動生成一張POS訂單，幷自動産生財務數據。

Daily Journals

可在POS端列印不同時期的銷售明細交易記錄，用於核對銷售金額及核對銷售數量。

可根據日期範圍、各門店、類別/價格組合參數列印詳細的零售銷售報表。

Customer Center

門店可查看、修改、增加客戶詳細資訊。修改的資訊自動保存到後台的數據庫中。

可查看及列印每個客戶的曆史産品交易資訊、交易價格、交易額度，根據客戶的消費資訊給予新的折扣，方便靈活處理。
